The Campers

Camp SMILE is specifically designed for individuals ages five to fifty with various abilities. We provide a safe and exciting camp experience for individuals with:

• Autism
• Muscular Dystrophy
• Cerebral Palsy
• Seizure Disorder
• Down’s syndrome
• Spina Bifida
• Hearing Impairment
• Traumatic Brain Injury
• Mental Retardation
• Visual Impairment

We also encourage and welcome typically developing siblings.
Camp SMILE is one of approximately a dozen camps in the nation that accepts campers regardless of the severity of their physical, developmental, or multiple disabilities or their inability to pay.

UCP offers four sessions of Camp SMILE each year.  The dates for 2012 are:

June 25-29, 2013 ..........5-9 year olds

July 2-6, 2013 ...............21-50 year olds

July 9-13, 2013............10-13 year olds

July 16-20, 2013 ...........14-20 year olds
